Application deadline: June 1st, 2025

Students, postdocs and early-stage researchers wishing to participate to the School are encouraged to apply to advfuncnano.school@gmail.com sending their CV and a motivation letter. Participants to the School are encouraged to present their own work as a poster, upon sending a 1-page abstract together with the application.

The number of participants to AFuN25 is limited. We encourage to apply as soon as possible.
Admission to the School will be confirmed within June 8th, 2025.
Upon successful admission, participants will be asked to register within the following deadlines:

Early Registration fees (before June 30th 2025):

Regular: 250€  (VAT included)
Student: 150€  (VAT included)

Late Registration fees (after June 30th 2025):

Regular: 350€ (VAT included)
Student: 250€ (VAT included)

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, welcome event and the social dinner.

Scolarships

5 grants are available for students/researchers from South American institutions participating to the TDESK project listed here.
Grants will entirely cover the registration fee and accomodation in Palermo for three nights.

Furthermore, up to ten AISF members registering to the School will pay a reduced registration fee of 50 €.

Grantees will be selected among applicants based on the motivation letter provided together with the application.
